I Am an Unsuccessful Blogger...

...and right now I'm procrastinating. I have a 30 page paper and 2-hour presentation due in a week and a half, and I'm totally behind. And yes, basically I haven't updated the blog since Christmas. Yes, totally pathetic. So here are my excuses: we were in Kauai for two weeks in January, I was in Thailand for a week and a half in February, and March has been all about catching up in all the homework I'm behind in from the two trips! A few weeks ago we discovered enormous amounts of mold in our apartment, so the landlord came and knocked out part of the wall. Long story short.....furniture and books are all over the place, and our little apartment looks like it's been hit by a tornado. We brought our little deck table in to put the computer on (in the living room), and it's balancing on a couple of concordances right now as I type. Towers of plastic bins surround me on one side, and towers of books and articles on the other. So life feels a little crazy at the moment, but things will calm down in a few weeks and I may even add some pictures of all our fun adventures! I need to add some new Baby Jake pictures too because he's getting even cuter (hard to believe, but true). Bye for now......
